Who can be a Mentor or Trainer

All our mentoring sessions are facilitated 100% online via the mobile phone; hence, every student requires a smart phone and monthly data subscription. Currently we have students who have applied for the program but who either do not have a smart phone or access to regular data and we would like to impact as many student as possible.

To enable us do this we welcome donation from everyone who will like to support the MentorMe4Success Program. This donation will be used to support youths who will like to be part of the mentoring program but do not have access to either a smart phone or data.

Strong Desire to Mentor Youths
The starting point to becoming one of our mentors is a strong desire to see a positive transformation in the lives of youths. Do you sincerely want to impart the youths? have you been searching for a structured platform that will enable you contribute meaningfully? then you might be the person we are looking for.

JOIN OUR COMPETENT POOL OF VOLUNTEERS: MENTORS & TRAINERS

30 Minutes Weekly Session
We require all our mentors to commit at least 30 minutes weekly session to mentoring their mentees.
​
Our trainers on the other hand are required to to commit an hour per week to facilitate a training session.

Great Interpersonal Skills

We also require our Mentors and Facilitators to exhibit great interpersonal skills

6 Years Work Experience
In addition to the above requirements you must have at least 6 years work experience 2 of which must be at a supervisory level.
